About Eve

“How does one become a butterfly?” she asked. “You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.”
Yes, I do have a thing for butterflies, it’s partly a memory, something of a dream but all too fitting for me. The elusive, beautiful butterfly that has spent her life transitioning; once a caterpillar, a slinky on a branch who then comes to live in a protective cocoon, transforming within, to one day break free and emerge with the wings that nature has uniquely given her. Some days, I am still a caterpillar and other times I may find myself cocooned but on my best days, I fly and my wings take me anywhere I want to go. I love those days!
The work I commit is what keeps me busy and pays the bills but I actually do love being in the online arena of advertising. It has the young vibe that I dig and with that comes open mindedness. It’s a great pleasure to watch our industry, as dynamically natured as it is, grow, thrive and draw in such great minds. I am thrilled to breathe the air of excitement. Which leads me to one of the loves of my life, Social Media! Ahhh, my lover… it’s is a growing, breathing animal that has me absolutely captivated. Everything from Facebook’s connectivity to Intent’s spiritual well being, to the fascinating world of YouTube. The entire world is merely a click away. We are now meeting, getting to know, loving and growing with more than just the family you grew up with, the friends that you hang out with or co-worker in the cubicle next to us, we’re building communities with members that span the globe and all this via a computer conduit which has no scope. Outside of the online world, I am an avidly passionate giver. I find there is great happiness to be found in helping those in need, those who have no voice. I hope to one day dedicate myself to servitude but until then, I use what I have, social media, time and monetary tools to help the causes that tug at my heart. I am an activist for animal, human and earth rights and I try to live a life that portrays that.
These are the things that touch, spark, anger or amaze me.
